How Working With Me Works

We design travel with intention, creativity, and ease—so you can focus on the experience, not the logistics.

1. Complimentary Consultation

Every journey begins with a conversation to understand your travel goals, style, and priorities. This ensures we’re the right fit and sets the stage for a seamless process.

2. Planning Fee & Proposal

Once your planning fee is paid, we create a personalized travel proposal within 30 days. This includes initial accommodations, plus à la carte airport transfers, experiences, and tours scheduled about 60 days before departure if not included in your package.

3. Booking & Coordination

We handle all bookings through our trusted partners and manage logistics so you don’t have to.

4. Travel Portfolio

About two weeks before departure, you’ll receive a comprehensive portfolio with confirmations, key details, and a suggested itinerary—everything you need to travel confidently and effortlessly.

5. Travel Beautifully

Every detail is thoughtfully considered, letting you enjoy the trip itself—fully present, relaxed, and inspired.
